We supply timber decking to suit your pallet racking frame depth and racking beam width.

All our boards are manufactured with weight in mind, as well of ease of installation. They are manufactured to enable easy installation and fit snugly between two pairs of beams.

A baton is fitted underneath the slatted sections, meaning little movement from adjusting pallet loads or stock.

We will need to understand your weight capacity and system.

Normally, a 2700mm x 900mm/1100mm deep pallet racking system would require a 25mm/32mm+/- thick timber deck, giving around 500kg to 1000kgs per deck.

Our timber decks are supplied in normally two pieces (based on a 2700mm beam).

Remember! Always check with your manufacturer. Pallets should be positioned on the beams, and timber decks should be used for margin for error purposes only.

Splinter or no splinters?!

Normally, the most cost effective  way of purchasing Timber Decks for Racking is having ‘Rough Sawn’ as your option. This is cheaper due to less manufacturing  and labour, but does leave the wood rough and not 100% smooth. THIS IS OUR MOST COST EFFECTIVE AND POPULAR OPTION.

However, if you are conscious of staff or visitors getting splinters or fragile products being scuffed (lightly) then why not request for your Timber Decks to be sanded! Nice ‘N’ Smooth.

Bulk is what we do, but also small (and very small) quantities.

As a New and Used supplier of Pallet Racking Storage Systems Slatted Timber Decking we recognise that some clients are replacing damaged Boards, or adding this into an existing system. In which case, we understand that not everyone requires a huge pallet or minimum order, that’s why we cater for any request.
