Our Mesh Decking for Pallet Racking Systems are stocked in 900mm and 1100mm Depths (on a 2-3 day delivery). We can provide various widths, starting from 1350mm to 3900mm. 2700mm is our most popular size.

Mesh Decking typically is supplied in segmented pieces, allowing for ease of installation.

If your Pallet Racking Depth is different - no problem - we can help with quoting for smaller sized depths.

Our Mesh Decks are typically suited for 500kgs - 1000kgs per panel. They are constructed with Support Bars to the underside, which ensures sturdiness and reliability.

Mesh Decks are typically installed 'retro-fit' and our 'Waterfall' type neatly hug over the front and back edges of the Pallet Racking Beams (See Image - Left).

All of our Mesh Decking is supplied with Tek Screws (direct to beam) to prevent any slippage.

Mesh decks are typically used within warehouses, where the pallet load can sometimes be loose, or when pallets are notoriously poorly made (damaged).

Timber decks allow for the safe storage of pallets, whilst also not hindering forklift driver view. Being a meshed/see through product, picking of pallets is made more accurately and safer.

Mesh decks can also be used for above Tunnel Areas (Transfer AIsles) within a pallet racking system, and also above storage locations adjacent to Pedestrian Fire Exits.

Mesh decks allow for safer storage with an onus of protecting pedestrians from falling objects/loose items through the pallet.

Bulk is what we do, but also small (and very small) quantities.
